The men behind the menu is Executive Chef Francesco Scala, with experience leading the kitchen in the prestigious Tanit in Sardinia followed by Novikov. Working alongside him is Head Chef Yuka Aoyama, formerly Nobu. The two combined bring together a culinary journey of Mediterranean classics and Asian signatures. Expect seasonal ingredients, producing timeless elegance.
Enter the mezzanine and immerse yourself into our light and airy conservatory style dining space. Here you have a front row view into our open-plan kitchen where plates are finished to perfection on the robata grill.
Ascend the gilded marble staircase up to The Dining Room where throughout the day its floor to ceiling windows offer a sanctuary to relax and dine after exploring our local neighbourhood. At night time our Dining Room provides an intimate and cosy setting from early to late-night dining with our menu being served until after midnight – perfect for date nights in the heart of London.
Upon entering Geode, you’ll be immersed into Knightsbridge go-to cocktail lounge. Throughout the day we invite you to sit back and watch the world pass before heading into the evening where our DJ sets will power you through to the early morning. Our expert Mixology team are on hand to guide you through our extensive cocktail & wine menu alongside a selection of rare fine spirits.
