5. FLOWS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Within the framework of the use of Google’s services, data are transferred outside the European Union to the United States, in particular for audience measurement (IP address, unique identifier and navigation information) and personalized advertising. The United States does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that applied at the European level. We have entered into a contract with Google and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses have been signed to govern data transfers.

Please note that if you do not want your data to be transferred to the United States, we recommend that you do not accept Google Analytics cookies or Google advertising cookies in the cookie module.

When using the Facebook Pixel, personal data (see paragraph 3.3 above) concerning events or actions that you perform on the Site for the purposes of personalization, optimization and and measurement of our Facebook ads so that they are displayed to the people most likely to be interested, are processed. This data is transferred outside the European Union to the United States, a country that does not provide the same level of data protection equivalent to that applied at the European level.

The European Commission’s standard contractual clauses have been signed to regulate data transfers, particularly to the importer in the United States.

Please note that if you do not want your data to be transferred to the United States, we recommend that you do not accept cookies and Facebook Pixel in the cookie module.

6. CONSENT AND COOKIE MANAGEMENT

On your first visit, you will be asked to accept or refuse the use of certain cookies whose consent is required.

The cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the Site are not subject to your consent.

As regards other cookies, you can give your consent, define your choices or refuse all from the module present on the site.

If you do not want cookies to be installed or read on your terminal equipment, an opt-out cookie will be placed on your equipment, so that the information that you have objected to the use of cookies is recorded. If you delete this refusal cookie, it will no longer be  possible to identify you as having refused the use of cookies.

Similarly, when you accept the use of cookies, a consent cookie is set.

The consent or refusal cookies must remain on your terminal equipment, otherwise if you delete them, we will show you the cookies so that you can express your choice again. They are kept for maximum 6 months. At the end of the period, we will ask you again your consent or your refusal.

You can modify your choices at anytime by clicking on “Manage cookies” in the bottom right corner of your screen.
