Customers are advised to carefully read and accept these Terms before reserving any Service offered on the Site. Saving and printing these Terms using standard browser and computer functionalities is recommended.
Geode Restaurant and Bar reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms at any time. The new version of the Terms will be available on the Site with an effective date. Customers should regularly consult the Terms for changes. The Customer will only be bound by the Terms in force at the time of their Service reservation.
The Customer assumes the exclusive responsibility for obtaining the technical means necessary to access the Site.
Geode Restaurant and Bar offers on its Site:
The essential characteristics, availability, services, and specific conditions of sale for the selected services of the Establishment are presented during the reservation process as described in clause 3 below.
Each service’s essential characteristics, availability, and particular sale conditions are presented during the reservation process. Each Establishment may have its own special terms and conditions, available on the Site, which are communicated to the Customer before any reservation.
The Customer can choose any Service presented on the Site by following the provided reservation process. This includes:
Reservations are considered made once the Customer is presented with a confirmation page and/or receives a confirmation email.
Prices related to the reservation of Services are indicated before, during, and after the reservation. For Restaurant Services, the prices are for the number of people and date selected.
Payment methods and any pre-payment information will be detailed during the reservation process.
Special Conditions specify the terms for canceling or modifying a reservation. These can be done directly with Geode Restaurant and Bar, whose contact information is provided in the reservation confirmation email.
The Customer is responsible for their choice of Services and for providing accurate information during reservation and account creation. They must use the Site and Services in compliance with applicable regulations and these Terms.
Geode Restaurant and Bar commits to providing access to the Site and Services, acting with diligence and competence to remedy any reported malfunction.
Neither party can be held liable for non-fulfillment of obligations due to Force Majeure Events. Specific provisions apply for relocations due to such events.
Customer Service is available to address any claims related to Services. Contact details and complaint procedures are outlined.
Geode Restaurant and Bar processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes reservation execution and may involve data transfer subject to applicable regulations.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any other customer conditions will not be incorporated. Disputes will be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
